William Dale Jackson

William Dale Jackson of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 13th, 2025 at the age of 78.

Dale was born December 11, 1946 in El Dorado, Arkansas, the son of Noble and Sybil Jackson. He graduated from El Dorado High School and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees from Arkansas State University. He spent time as a high school biology teacher and manager at Baxter and retired from Boston Scientific Corporation in 1996 at the age of 50.

Dale is survived by his two sons; Craig Jackson (Lee Anne) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Matt Jackson (Keirce) of Westminster, Colorado; six grandchildren Luke, Leah (Dillon), Cate, Cara, Makai and Dallin; his sister Vicky; brother and sister in-laws; Donny and Nancy Glenn, Coop and Sharon Coverdale; and several nieces and nephews.

Dale is preceded in death by his parents and wife of 53 years, Karen Jackson.

Dale loved hunting, playing golf, and watching and attending sporting events with his family. He spent much of his time supporting the activities and sporting events of his sons and grandchildren, and was affectionately known as "Papa". His powerful presence will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Celebration of Life for Dale will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Eric Dwyer officiating.
