William Sven Kangas was born March 4, 1942 in Mellen, Wisconsin. He was the son of Toivo and Ellen Raito Kangas. He was employed as a custodian with the United States Postal Service. He served with the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He lived in Bull Shoals, Arkansas since 2000, when he moved to the area from Waukegan, Illinois. He was of the Baptist faith. William Sven Kangas passed away December 2, 2005, at the age of 63 years, 8 months and 28 days. Survivors: His mother, Ellen Miller of Marble Hill, Missouir; two brothers, Jerry Kangas of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Charles (Sharon) Miller of Milladore, Wisconsin; four sisters, Joan (Jack) Mulcher of Marble Hill, Missouir, Dory Miller of Gurnee, Illinois, Barbara Savage of Zion, Illinois and Ann Miller of Richmond, Virginia Preceded in Death by: His father; step-father, Thomas Miller and his twin brother, Charles Kangas Funeral: A graveside funeral service for William Sven Kangas of Marble Hill, Missouri, will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at the Highland Memorial Park in Gurnee, Illinois.
