William Kreps

William Edwin Kreps was born February 16, 1934 at South Bend, Indiana the son of Orvil Kreps and Evelyn Gurthet Kreps. He was career Navy and served during the Vietman War. He had resided in the Marshall, Arkansas area since moving from Indiana in May 2007. Mr. Kreps died October 18, 2007 at Baxter Regional Medical Center at the age of 73.
