William died June 12, 2011 at Baxter Regional Medical Center. He was born April 12, 1927 at Peoria, Illinois the son of William Henry and Sophie Agness Morken Looger. He was a model train store owner.
William was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his firends, Susan Beyers of Flippin, AR and Jim Chatten.
