Bill was born May 30, 1950, at McAndrews, KY to Thomas Jefferson and Erma Lee Charles May. Bill worked in the steel industry. He loved old cars especially, fishing and hunting. Bill was a member of the Church of Christ in Yellville, AR.
Bill is survived locally by his sister, Erma Packer and husband, Bill of Everton, AR and niece, Melissa Davis of Everton, AR. Siblings, David, Jeff, Audrey, Carol and Dora Lee also survive him.
His parents preceded him in death.
