Willis Edwin Teegarden was born April 21, 1963 in Calico Rock, Arkansas. He was the son of Ernest Dwight and Alma Ray "Martha" Taylor Teegarden. He married Ginger Loyd on January 2, 2005 in Norfork, Arkansas. He was a boilermaker and a lifetime resident of Jordan, Arkansas. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and he loved being outside. He was a member of the Jordan Baptist Church. Willis Edwin Teegarden passed away at Baxter Regional Medical Center on April 4, 2005, at the age of 41 years, 11 months, and 13 days.
