Zelma Ross

Zelma R. Ross was born May 23, 1937, in Norfork, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Charlie and Edna Wheeler Woods. She married Wayne Ross, February 21, 1959, in Wichita, Kansas. She was employed with Mar-Bax for eighteen years and lived in Mountain Home, Arkansas most of her life. She enjoyed her grandkids, being outside, and gardening. She was of the Baptist faith. Zelma R. Ross passed away at Hiram Shaddox Rehab, December 8, 2005, at the age of 68 years, 6 months and 15 days. Survivors: She is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Wayne Ross of Mountain Home, Arkansas; three sons, Paul Hamilton of Sweet Home, Oregon; Bruce Ross of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Dale Ross of Mountain Home, Arkansas; daughter, Debbie (Mark) Woodell of Mountain Home, Arkansas; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Candise, Jessica, Kevin, Kallie, Sean, and Kassidy; three great-grandchildren, Nathanile, Elizabeth, and Savannah; two sisters, Ann Argo of Norcross, Georgia and Verlin Still of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and six brothers, Junior Woods of Derby, Kansas; Carl Woods of Mountain Home, Arkansas; Don Woods of Jordan, Arkansas; Clyde Woods of Conway, Arkansas; Burlin Woods of Norfork, Arkansas; and Joe Woods of Salesville, Arkansas Preceded in Death by: Her parents, a sister, and a grandson Visitation: 5:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2005 Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 11, 2005, Kirby-Boaz Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Wade Moser officiating Burial: Galatia Cemetery, Norfork, Arkansas Memorials: Hospice of the Ozarks, 701 Burnett Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653 Active Bearers: Chuck Still, Larry Stanley, Mike Cantrell, Mark Woodell, Darrel Woods and Gary Woods
